Delivery and returns policy
FREE DELIVERY IN MAINLAND UK FOR ORDERS OVER £360 INCLUDING VAT
DELIVERIES UNDER £360 INCLUDING VAT IN MAINLAND UK £25 PLUS VAT
We also deliver internationally. These options may incur an additional charge but it can often be less overall than you think. Please speak to us on +44 (0)1753 830 638 if you would like International delivery.
Deliveries are made kerbside or to the nearest accessible area. Please inform us if there are any vehicle access restrictions for our lorries, which operate tail-lifts, to safely deliver. You will need to be home to accept and sign for the delivery.
A failed delivery to the customer may incur the full delivery charge. Examples may be, not being able to access the property/road, the customer not being home, or the order being cancelled less than 24 hours before dispatch. A failed delivery will incur the original delivery charge plus the cost of re-delivery, should it be required.
Whilst we endeavour to successfully deliver to all customers on the date expected there may be unforeseen circumstances out of our control which may result in a delivery delay. We offer delivery dates in good faith and cannot take responsibility for any consequences arising from this.
DAMAGED OR WRONG DELIVERY
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. If the product is obviously damaged or incorrect, please inform the driver, take photos and make a note on the delivery paperwork. Please also contact MC² immediately.
We would recommend that you only book an installer when the goods have arrived. MC² cannot be held responsible for any costs from installers waiting on site. NB. Wood flooring should be given time to acclimatise prior to installing as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Goods may be returned up to 14 days from the date of delivery, if you change your mind. A restocking charge of 25% plus a courier charge will be incurred. All goods to be returned must be in the original packaging, unopened and in a resellable condition. There may be limitations on returning special order items.
